Strategic Analytics is looking for a Client Partner for our US location in Santa Fe, New Mexico to manage project design, support training and make presentations in support of our Sales and Marketing team.

Position Overview

Manage client project design, proof-of-concept, and installation.

  • Collaborate with client to define needs and establish criteria for success.
  • Design software configurations to meet client needs.
  • Manage proof-of-concept projects, when necessary.
  • Develop project plans and manage installation and quality control of all results being sent to client.

Manage client support, client training, and consulting deliverables for existing clients.

  • Responsible for understanding client requirements and ensuring that SA projects meet those needs.
  • Standardize project design and deliverables for common consulting assignments.
  • Develop and maintain training materials for clients, sales staff, and analysts.
  • Research customer and industry intelligence to support ongoing Analytics consulting projects.

Make technical pre-sales presentations in support of the Sales.

  • Become an expert in SA technology and an expert user of SA products.
  • Perform technical presales presentations and demos in support of sales efforts.
  • Manage forecast analysts to provide the support needed by Sales.

Make conference presentations in support of Marketing.

  • Prepare and present talks at user groups and business conferences to generate sales leads.
  • Work at business conferences answering technical and software questions for prospective clients

Qualifications

  • Masters Degree in a scientific, data-oriented field (Doctoral degree preferred).
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in retail lending credit risk.
  • Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience as a project manager for analyst teams delivering top-quality data-driven results.
  • Management Experience Required: Experience in all phases of an analytical consulting project: developing project designs with the clients, gathering and cleansing data, performing analysis, and creating high-quality presentations of results.
  • High degree of both technical expertise and business acumen, including familiarity delivering projects with weakly specified objectives.
  • Candidate must have a strong knowledge of modeling and forecasting, best practices, and methodologies.
  • Strong communications skills; ability to communicate effectively, both spoken and written, and ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, other departments, and clients.
  • Strong leadership skills, ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment and effectively use resources to accomplish goals. Highly self-motivated, self-directed, and attentive to detail.
  • Strong problem solving skills. Extremely detail-oriented and able to multi-task effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functional boundaries and across multiple organizational levels to drive results.
  • Skilled at making technical presentations in support of Sales and Marketing.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills. An individual who is straightforward, articulate, and tactful with others.
  • An effective administrator with a credible and professional presence, high integrity, and influencing skills that quickly establish credibility with clients and internal staff.
  • Fluency in more than one language is a plus.
