Dale Cline is the Director of our Mortgage Risk Analytics, which provides proven solutions and unparalleled accuracy, timeliness and scenario-based forecasting for Mortgage and Home Equity Portfolios and MBS/ABS Securities.
Dale is an industry veteran with over 20 years experience in various facets of mortgage lending. After practicing for several years as a CPA, Dale began his mortgage career with Prudential Home Mortgage, a joint venture between Prudential Insurance and Salomon Brothers establishing the Company’s Risk Management function with direct responsibilities for Portfolio Risk Management, Quality Control, Internal Audit and Third Party Risk Assessment. Subsequently Dale worked with LoanPerformance (aka Mortgage Information Corporation), an aggregator and modeler of mortgage data and Walzak Risk Analysis, a mortgage consulting group focused on operational risk. Dale holds a BSBA from UNC, Chapel Hill and an MBA from UNC, Charlotte. |
